본 연구는 1985년 9월부터 1986년 1월까지 진주시 모 조산소를 찾아온 임신부중 진통이 시작된 초임부를 대상으로 하였으며 조사대상은 30명이었다.
자궁경관이 10 ㎝개대되면 산모를 분만대에 눕혀 45˚~60˚가량의 상체를 올린 자세를 취하게 했고, 아두 만출시간 까지의 분만 제2기에 소요된 시간을 check하였다.
그리고 태아 만출 1분후에 신생아의 Apgar Score를 check하여 신생아의 상태를 관찰 하였다.
따라서 본 연구는 분만 제2기동안 자세의 각도에 따른 분만 소요 시간의 차이 및 태아의 상태를 관찰함을 목적으로 하며 결과는 다음과 같다.
1. 상체를 45˚~60˚가량 올린 자세에서의 분만 제2기는 평균 28.8분이 경과 되었다.
2. 신생아의 평균 Apgar Score는 9.5이었다.
This study is to observe the effects of change of position during 2nd stage of labor.
Thirty antepartal primigravida with labor pain who had been admitted to a midwife´s room from September, 1985 till January, 1986 were selected for this investigation.
The summarized findings of the study were as follows ;
1. It took 28.8 minutes primiparas with upright _fitting position at an angle of 45 - 60 degree to deliver during 2nd stage of labor.
2. An average Apgar Score of infants of primiparas with upright sitting position at an angle of 45 - 60 degree was 9.5.
